i first bought the memory foam contour, but after trying this one, i upgraded to it for only $10 more. Twice as soft as the contour.

Initially, I bought two of these pillows, one for my husband and one for me. The first night, it felt as if I was sleeping on a cloud. My husband states the pillow was just "o.k." The pillow is not too soft, not too firm, conforms to the weight of my head. Our pillows had no odor as some of the other reviews state. My son "borrowed" one of the pillows from our bed and took a nap. Afterwards, he HAD to have one. We bought him one and he LOVES it. I have since had to buy my mother one also.

I bought this pillow last summer. I LOVE it... I haven't had neck pain ONCE since I bought it. When we went on vacation, I brought it along... I used to have daily neck pain, and didn't want to chance it.

My 8 yo son laid on it once and complained that it was too hard. I handed him a softer pillow a few minutes later, but he wouldn't give it back... it takes a couple seconds to sink into the pillow, but once you do, it's HEAVEN!

The only downside is the heaviness of this pillow... as a side sleeper who hugs her pillows, my elbow did suffer until I adjusted.

My husband tried this pillow. I have the Serta Supreme standard pillow. My husband neck was hurting more after one night with this pillow. I recommend spending the extra $10 for the Serta Supreme pillow. It is a world of difference and a great night sleep.

I bought this product because of neck problems and was looking forward to a good nights sleep. Unfortunately as soon as my head hit the pillow I got a headache from the horrible chemical smell. I have washed the pillow cover, wiped the pillow off with a wet rag and let it air out outside for two days with no luck. This seems like it would be a great pillow if I could ever use it.

i really like this pillow, but i don't love it. it's an exceptional value, as i priced out the actual tempurpedic ones and they are well, WELL, over $100 each. this one really is worth the money.

i had been having problems tossing and turning all night. so i decided to try changing my pillows. i went to target and bought two king pillows that STINK. those are decoration now. my dad suggested a memory foam w/contour, but that seems like you couldn't sleep on your stomach, and i sometimes do.

so, at target i bought this one. it is GREAT to fall asleep to, but in the morning when you're just sort of waking up, it feels sort of hard. it doesn't heat up at all - not even close.

the reason it gets four stars is because i wish it had a bit more give to it. oh yeah, you can't recline in bed with this and watch tv... feels too stiff.

I bought it on sale for 19.99, I would have never spent the full price for it before trying it. But since I've had it for about 6 months, I would go get another one and gladly pay full price.

I didn't have any problems with chemical odors that some of the other posters were complaining about.

my problem is my mini-daschunds will jump up in the bed with me at night and while I'm asleep steal the pillow from me. I wake up to find them asleep on the pillow. I may have to give that one to them and buy a new one for myself.

Having never bought an "expensive" pillow before I have nothing to compare this to, but cheap pan cake like cotton pillows. I sleep so well with this pillow - I got it while they were only $15 during xmas, so that helped with the price - I don't know that I would pay $30 for a pillow. My boyfriend loves his too.

This is the third brand of memory foam pillow we have tried. It is by far the best! There is no comparing the comfort and resilience of the foam.
Since it has the cool cover, there are no hot spots either. Its only downside is that it is only available in standard size. Would love to see the same pillow in king size. :)
